We are already in week 4. Where has the time gone?
We have been thinking about how our role models inspire us and thinking about the special qualities they have that make them our role models. We have started writing speeches about these people. To help us prepare for our speeches we had Jeff Withington from Toast Master visit. As we couldn't make it to see Jeff speck we were able to watch and listen to him by skype. Isn't technology amazing. Jeff gave us some great pointers about writing and presenting speeches. Thanks Jee
To help us understand alliteration we dressed in our winter woollies on a warm and windy Wednesday and drunk milky mashmallow milos.
For the last week of last term we spent the afternoons taking swimming lessons. 61% passed to the next level.
Last Friday we came to school and then it started snowing. Then it snowed some more and some more. Big flakes came fluttering down. By 9.30am our school grounds were covered. The call went out for us to be sent home. Mums, Dads and the Bus turned up to take us home. We were all so excited!
